find your point (FYP) is a financial education practice and a trading name of Kibo Integral Tech Limited (Company No. 15322474), registered in England & Wales at 53 Sheen Lane, London SW14 8AB. Kibo Integral Tech Limited is the data controller for the personal information described on this page and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration reference ZC234417. The information we collect

• When you book a session (through Eventbrite): your name, your email address and your answers to the order questions, including your consent choices. Eventbrite also processes your booking under its own privacy policy.
• When you attend a session: the sign-in and consent form records your name, your signature and your consent choices — including whether you are happy to appear in photographs and whether you would like to hear from us.
• Photography: we sometimes photograph sessions for our website and social media. We photograph only where consent has been recorded on the sign-in form, and we favour photographs that do not identify individual attendees.
• Community and email: if you join our WhatsApp Community, your phone number and profile name are processed by WhatsApp and visible to us as community admins. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
• Our website: fypifa.co.uk does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the site, processes technical data such as IP addresses in order to deliver it.

Why we use it, and the legal bases

• To take your booking and run the session you have paid for — performance of a contract.
• To send you session news and updates — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To use photographs from sessions — only with your consent.
• To keep attendance records and improve our sessions — our legitimate interests in running a small education practice.
• To keep accounting and business records — our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is processed by the services we run find your point on: Eventbrite (bookings and ticketing), Meta / WhatsApp (community messaging), Microsoft 365 (email and document storage) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, the transfers are covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Booking, attendance and consent records: up to six years, in line with our business and tax record-keeping. Marketing contact details: until you withdraw consent or ask us to stop. Photographs: reviewed after two years, and removed from the channels we control if you withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw any consent at any time. Email info@fypifa.co.uk and we will respond within one month. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Complaints
