Financial Education · London
Financial neglect is almost never a knowledge problem — it is an access problem. The right information, explained clearly and at the right moment, can have a disproportionately positive impact on your long-term financial health. Financial clarity before financial products. That is what find your point is for.
The problem
Our focus is financial hygiene — the foundational habits and decisions that determine whether you own your financial future or are perpetually buffeted by day-to-day pressures. Pensions, ISAs, credit, property — the mechanics are not complicated. They are just rarely explained to the people who need them most.
The financial services industry was built for people who already have wealth. find your point is being built for everyone else — particularly those with the most to gain from getting started now.
Who we work with
Simple, targeted changes compound into dramatically better outcomes — at every stage of life. We focus on the people financial services have routinely passed over, from those just starting out to families weighing up what comes next. For each, one clear conversation can change everything.
The years when small habits compound hardest: claiming the full employer pension match, building an ISA before the allowance expires, and learning what a credit score actually controls. Add a globally diversified index fund, left to do its work, and time does the heavy lifting no later effort can match.
Turning a pension into an income that lasts, keeping later-life savings ahead of inflation, and understanding what passes on. With inheritance-tax thresholds frozen and pensions drawn inside estates from 2027, the assumptions many planned to retire on no longer hold — and left late, the cost is rarely recoverable.
Working for yourself means no one builds your pension — but it also lets you build a structure an employee never can. Company contributions paid from profit, the sole-trader-versus-limited-company decision, the SIPP relief no employer hands you: powerful levers, rarely explained, and no one sets them up for you.
In many families — particularly across ethnic minority communities — wills, how a home is jointly owned, and lifetime gifting go unspoken until they are urgent. A young professional is often best placed to start the conversation. Begun early, these protect a parent’s comfort in later years and a family’s inheritance from needless tax, risk and delay.
